Honestly I was a little skeptical before ordering for this bag. Of course I read the reviews but was not sure. I paid for the bag through western union. I was scared because I did not know if the money was received or not but I can reassure you I wrote to the customer service and it did not take 24 hours to have a response. Customer service is great.
